B.Z.A. 0-9-23 Ashley Grizzle/Ind. Vape Labs, Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 107 N Chestnut St.  They are wanting to put a new sign on the building and need to vary from the required 3ft height size to be 8 ft.

B.Z.A. 0-10-23 Mark Allman/13^th Floor Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 111 N Chestnut St.  They are wanting to put a new sign on the building and need to vary from the required 3ft height size to be 8 ft. 

B.Z.A. 0-11-23 Dylan Brock Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 108 E Harrison Dr. to vary from front setbacks to put a fence up.  He lives on a corner lot and is restricted to where he can put a fence.
