B.Z.A. 0-8-23 Curt Stevens Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 2010 Chelsea Ct. They are requesting to vary from the required 20ft rear setback to be at a 10 ft rear setback and the required front setback of 50 ft to be at a 25 ft setback, to build a 24 x 28 garage. They live on a corner lot and are restricted where they can place the structure.
