CITY ENGINEER

The City Engineer, Jerry Hartsell, may be reached at his office in City Hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut. He is involved with various different city projects.The City Engineer, Jerry Hartsell, may be reached at his office in City Hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut.

He coordinates the Local Road and Street budget, which pays for approximately 5 miles of city streets to receive milling and overlay each year. The City Engineer also supervises drainage improvements, stoplights, annexation descriptions and surveying, newly planned streets, traffic counts, property lines, and sewer locations.
